Boba Fett Head

Another Secret Santa project for a Star Wars Fan. Designed out in illustrator to be cut in layers on routing table. Layers glued together, primed, painted, and added decals. Designed to have mounting screw spot on backside.

Final Product, reflective black vinyl used for visor.

All the layers cut out after being laid out in Illustrator and then routed.

All the layers stacked, plus aluminum piece for eye scope.
